System Requirements of Export Notes Software

Before installing Export Notes, go through the installation pre-requisites for the software, so that it can be assured that your computer is appropriately configured to run the software.

  • Lotus Notes should be installed

  • Lotus Notes SHOULD NOT be connected to Domino Server.

  • Microsoft Outlook SHOULD have a POP3 profile configured as default profile.

  • Microsoft Outlook SHOULD NOT be connected to Microsoft Exchange Server

  • Supported Microsoft Outlook Versions - Microsoft Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007 & 2010 (32-bit)
  • Supported Windows Operating System - Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2008, 2003, 2002, 2000
  • Basic System Requirements

    • Pentium Class Processor
    • 64MB RAM (128 recommended)
    • 10MB for Software installation
    • Disk Space - Enough space to store the recovered results
